  Really great stay here. Receptionists were on hand for whenever we needed anything. Great for kids too

  So welcoming! Felt really comfortable interacting with the staff. Close to Sheffield city centre and also very welcoming the the LGBTQIA+ community and the manager is very hot also

  On arrival was greeted by Caitlin and Katy. Had a problem checking in with my Denit Card but they overcame this. Booked us in for our Evenining Meal [3]guests and looked after us during our meal and afterwards with drinks. Requested extra pillows as I eas travelling with 2 dissabled person who needed them. Caitlin anf Kate were very helpfull and polite nothing was to much Trouble. They are a credit to the hotel and deserve high praise for the effort put in to make our stay very enjoyable and memorable.

  Very difficult to find entrance to hotel parking, poor signage . Asked to pay £3 parking fee, online states free parking! Room to usual Premier Inn good standard.
